THE GAME PLAN.

We identified the brand ethos for Sweetstack Creamery as a fun, playful, and laid back urban dessert bar. In conversations with management, we learned that Sweetstack wishes to represent the community in a positive way through collaborations with local groups and involvement in youth culture.

  • Develop posting schedule for consistent feed and story posts (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Create imagery that is vibrant and colorful.
  • Use Tik Tok style videos to reach audience in an interactive way.
  • Incorporate imagery of staff and customers.
  • Write copy for all posts.

THE RESULTS.

After transforming their entire look on social media profiles and a consistent schedule, we experienced increased reach, engagement and real followers for their brand social. This will continue into the year as they begin community collaborations in the Atlanta area.
